Responsibilities

  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls to assess client needs and recommend appropriate life insurance products.
  • Educate clients on policy options, underwriting processes, and policy benefits.
  • Aid with basic policy servicing tasks, including endorsements, claims support, and beneficiary changes.
  • Maintain accurate digital records using CRM tools and ensure data integrity.
  • Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and promote retention.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and participate in ongoing training and development sessions.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Active life insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain a license; guidance is provided).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a performance-driven, remote environment.
  • Comfortable with technology and basic CRM tools, video conferencing, and digital communication platforms.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in sales, insurance, or customer service.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and remote outreach tools.
