Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to assess client needs and recommend appropriate life insurance products.
- Educate clients on policy options, underwriting processes, and policy benefits.
- Aid with basic policy servicing tasks, including endorsements, claims support, and beneficiary changes.
- Maintain accurate digital records using CRM tools and ensure data integrity.
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and promote retention.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in ongoing training and development sessions.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- Must pass a background check.
- Active life insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain a license; guidance is provided).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a performance-driven, remote environment.
- Comfortable with technology and basic CRM tools, video conferencing, and digital communication platforms.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in sales, insurance, or customer service.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and remote outreach tools.
