Remote Customer Service

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and articulate Remote Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a passion for delivering outstanding client support. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home while contributing to an organization committed to promoting healthier air standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for client enquiries, responding professionally via phone, email, and other digital communication channels.
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding our range of air quality services, including testing procedures, assessments, and environmental solutions.
• Efficiently schedule appointments and coordinate with our technical specialists for on-site client visits.
• Manage and resolve customer issues with empathy and patience, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions within our company database.
• Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with our services and to gather valuable feedback.
• Assist with general administrative tasks to support the customer service function.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service, client support, or a similar role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous telephone manner.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a high degree of attention to detail.
• Proficiency in standard office software and experience using CRM systems is advantageous.
• The ability to work independently and maintain high performance in a remote setting.
• A keen interest in environmental science or public health is desirable but not essential.
