Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or another client-facing role is helpful but not required
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish trust with clients
• Good organization and time-management abilities
• Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a remote environment
• Reliable, motivated, and willing to take initiative
