Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and review financial records and reports for accuracy and compliance.
  • Aid in budget preparation and financial planning.
  • Prepare tax returns adhering to regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage payroll to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation.
  • Collaborate with departments to streamline procedures and enhance financial reporting systems.

Qualifications & Skills

  • CPA licensure is mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting or finance.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
