Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Process certificates, invoices, and data entry with accuracy and efficiency.
• Support the Account Manager in quoting new business and renewals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
• Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred.
• Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.
• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Outgoing personality with a willingness to learn and grow. Patience and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and promoting company services.
