Remote Clinical Sales Associate - Future Opportunity

About the role

The Clinical Sales Associate (CSA) promotes and maximizes the utilization of robotic surgical systems by working closely with surgical teams, providing training, and supporting procedure adoption across multiple specialties.

Responsibilities

• Developing sales strategies
• Managing OR integrations
• Expanding the user base through collaboration with key opinion leaders (KOLs)
• Driving sales of instruments and accessories
• Handling administrative tasks related to sales activities and expense reporting

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years in healthcare sales
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Ability to travel up to 25%, work nights and weekends as needed
• PREFERRED: OR environment knowledge, success record, strong work ethic, team collaboration, excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
