Remote Clinical Psychologist – Older Adults | PhD / PsyD | Utah | Telehealth

About the role

Sailor Health is a fully remote, Medicare-covered practice dedicated to providing mental health services to older adults. We aim to address the significant gap in mental health care for this underserved population by offering flexible work arrangements and comprehensive support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Utah
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way
