Remote Clinical Psychologist – Older Adults | PhD / PsyD | Hawaii | Telehealth

About the role

Sailor Health is a fully remote, Medicare-covered practice dedicated to providing mental health services to older adults. We aim to address the significant gap in mental health care for this underserved population.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Hawaii
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way
