You'll:

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients and associates
• Provide timely, professional, and friendly support
• Help individuals understand topics like budgeting, investing, insurance protection, retirement planning, and estate planning
• Create customized financial strategies based on client goals
• Guide clients through financial challenges and opportunities with empathy and clarity
• Maintain strong client relationships and high satisfaction
• Identify ways to expand account value through additional services that genuinely benefit clients

Requirements

• Be 18 years or older
• Be a U.S. citizen
• Pass a background check
• Have strong communication and customer relationship skills
• Be comfortable learning online systems and CRM tools
• Have or obtain a Life Producer license within your first 2 weeks
• Be able to interpret account information and provide clear updates to clients
