Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for client enquiries, providing timely and professional responses via phone and email.
- Prepare and distribute materials for client meetings, including reports, presentations, and agendas.
- Assist consultants with the administrative aspects of client relationship management.
- Process client requests accurately and efficiently, such as account updates and information requests.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within our CRM system.
- Support the client onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues and ensure a coordinated service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a client service or administrative role, ideally within the financial services or consulting industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and productively in a remote environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of accountability.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance or business is preferred but not essential.
