About the role
Join a fast-growing, tech-first business insurance provider that’s redefining how small businesses get coverage. This is a true inbound customer service role. You’ll support existing customers and respond to inbound inquiries from small business owners who have applied online or are calling for assistance.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, professional support with a focus on one-call resolution
- Handle inbound calls and follow up on online applications
- Absorb and respond to policy questions related to coverage, billing, and general clarification
- Accurately document interactions and enter inbound leads in a timely manner
- Navigate multiple systems while multitasking between calls, documentation, and follow-ups
- Contribute to a team-focused culture centered on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
Requirements
- Customer service or call center experience (property & casualty experience preferred)
- Active Property & Casualty license required (must be general or commercial lines - CANNOT be personal lines)
- Comfort handling inbound calls and working across multiple systems
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Dependable and a team-first mindset

The pay range for this position is $21.47 - $21.47/hr.
