Remote Claims Processing Clerk

Job Summary

We are hiring a detail-oriented Claims Processor to support a fast-paced healthcare team. This role is fully remote and requires strong accuracy, time management, multitasking skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

• Review emails and Microsoft Teams messages at the start of each shift
• Login into internal systems and begin processing claims as they come in
• Accurately enter and review data in a high-volume environment
• Monitor team chats and adjust workflow based on team needs
• Complete assigned tasks and meet productivity goals
• Follow scheduled breaks and lunch per company policy

Requirements

• GED or HS Diploma
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Ability to pass typing test of 45 wpm or more
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Adaptable and able to shift priorities quickly
• Proficient with computers and data entry systems
• Reliable internet connection required
• Must have a dedicated workspace

Pay and Benefits

• Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
• Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance
• Based on business need, this position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive
