About the role
As a Remote Booking & Scheduling Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer bookings and scheduling appointments for a leading healthcare provider. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer bookings and scheduling appointments
- Communicate effectively with patients and staff to ensure smooth operations
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services and availability
- Ensure all appointments are scheduled accurately and efficiently
- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and address any concerns
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or scheduling role
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Experience using scheduling software is preferred
