About the role

As a Remote Booking & Scheduling Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer bookings and scheduling appointments for a leading healthcare provider. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer bookings and scheduling appointments
  • Communicate effectively with patients and staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services and availability
  • Ensure all appointments are scheduled accurately and efficiently
  • Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and address any concerns
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or scheduling role
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Experience using scheduling software is preferred
