Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/Arizona LBA

About the role

Award-winning organization seeks a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to join our dynamic team in Arizona. The ideal candidate will provide behavior analytic services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on data-driven decision making
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform interventions
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support
• Provide training and consultation to staff and families
• Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as needed

Requirements

• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification from the Arizona Department of Education
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
• Experience with data collection and analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
