What We Offer
- $70 to $80 per hour, based on experience
- $1,500 sign-on bonus, paid at 90 days

What You Will Do
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide BACB-compliant clinical supervision to RBTs on your cases
- Lead family training and support parent implementation of behavior plans
- Track client progress with data and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain documentation that meets BACB ethics, HIPAA, and Colorado Medicaid standards
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team (SLPs, OTs, schools when relevant)
What We Are Looking For
- Active BCBA certification (BACB) - required
- Colorado ABA state license, or active application in progress
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Comfort working in client homes and via telehealth
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
