Remote Bilingual (Spanish) RN Telephone Triage - $1000 Sign On

About the Role

AccessNurse, a leading medical call center, is seeking professional nurses to join our team as Telephone Triage RNs. This 100% remote role allows you to utilize your nursing skills and expertise to deliver quality care to patients across the country. With a focus on technology and compassionate care, you'll work from home, using advanced clinical decision tools to guide patients to the right level of care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient symptoms using physician-developed clinical algorithms
• Deliver and document health education to assist patients in managing their symptoms
• Assist in directing patients to the appropriate level of care (e.g., home care, office visit, emergency room)
• Consult with physicians as needed

Requirements

• Current multi-state RN license with no restrictions (single-state license holders must obtain a multi-state license before job offer)
• 2+ years of RN experience
• Proficiency using computers and typing a minimum of 25 wpm
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a plus

Qualifications

• Excellent listening and comprehension skills to determine key patient information
• Ability to handle confidential information and maintain HIPAA compliance
• Remote workstation setup with high-speed internet, a lockable room, and a desk suitable for 2 monitors, computer, accessories, and a hands-free headset

Training

Virtual training is provided via Zoom and consists of:

• 3 weeks of training with 100% attendance required
• Live Zoom sessions from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm EST, followed by 4 hours of self-study daily
• Week 3 includes shift days/times with a preceptor, discussed with the education manager
