Remote! Bilingual (Spanish/English) Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager
About the role
Valeris is a life sciences commercialization partner dedicated to improving patient access and adherence to critical medications. This role involves serving as a bilingual nurse advocate for patients, addressing barriers to therapy, and facilitating a successful patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a consistent resource throughout the continuum of program services, identifying and addressing barriers to therapy.
- Enable patients by providing information and education about their prescribed therapy, proper administration, dosing, insurance coverage, and financial assistance.
- Empower patients to participate in their personal care process by referring them to appropriate support services.
- Report adverse events and product complaints in accordance with SOP and good manufacturing practices.
- Utilize Valeris' values to drive team success.
- Achieve on-time adherence to training deadlines for all corporate policies and procedures.
- Follow SOPs consistently and perform additional tasks or projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Active RN licensure in current state of practice.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- 2-3 years of nursing experience with relevant disease state experience preferred.
- Nurseline triage, Call Center Utilization Management, or Call Center Case Management experience a plus.
- Case management or Clinical Trial Nurse experience a plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.

- Frequent sitting for long periods.
- Use hands to type, handle, and feel.
- Reach with hands and arms.
- Prefer candidates who can type at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy.
- Minimal travel as needed.
