Remote Bilingual Clinical Psychologist – Older Adults | Spanish-Speaking | PhD / PsyD | Texas | Telehealth

About the role

We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for bilingual (English/Spanish-speaking) licensed clinical psychologists (PhD / PsyD) on a flexible, fee-for-service basis. Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) and build from there.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking older adults in a virtual setting
• Conduct therapy sessions fluently in Spanish, meeting patients in their language and cultural context
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Texas
• Fluent in both English and Spanish — able to conduct full therapy sessions in Spanish
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way
