Remote BCBA New York -Part Time

About the role

BCBA New York WonderWay ABA is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team. We're seeking the ideal candidate who holds their BCBA certification and has at least 2 years experience practicing as a BCBA. The position is remote, serving clients in New York.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote direct supervision to patients receiving ABA therapy
• Accurately record and monitor client data to measure progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan
• Train families on implementing individualized treatment plans
• Maintain clear communication with clients, families, RBTs, and Clinical Director to ensure client progress and satisfaction
• Respond promptly to clients' and families' needs and requests
• Complete any other tasks required for patient care

Qualifications

• BCBA certification (LBA in New York)
• Bachelor's degree (required)
• Master's degree in a related field
• At least 2 years of experience working with children with ASD (preferred)
• Access to reliable transportation for travel to client locations
• Excellent project management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information
• Ability to manage multiple high‑priority tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills

$75.00 – $95.00 per hour

Schedule

Expected hours: 6 – 29 per week; Monday to Friday
