Remote BCBA

About the role

At Behavioral Framework, we’re on a mission to deliver life-changing care for children with Autism and we want YOU on our team! We’re hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid role that combines 75% remote flexibility with company-paid monthly travel to one of our regions, currently DC, TN, or NC area, providing a great chance to collaborate with our dedicated team in person.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians.
• Design and update individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide parent training and case supervision (no direct therapy hours required).
• Conduct assessments (ABLLS, AFLS, VB-MAPP) and data analysis.
• Collaborate with diverse families and professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification (in good standing).
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience with ABA methodologies, including Verbal Behavior, VB-MAPP, and ABLLS.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Cultural Awareness: Collaborate, communicate, and interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds, embracing and respecting cultural differences and socially significant clinical outcomes.

Pay

Salary up to $85,000 + bonus potential (based on impact, not just billable hours).

Schedule

75% remote, no daily driving between clients.
