Remote Audit Senior Manager (Digital Assets/Crypto/Exchange/Treasury/Blockchain)

Responsibilities

• Develop and recommend improvements to client internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Formulate and communicate audit plans and supervise audit teams.
• Draft complex financial statements ensuring compliance with GAAP/GAAS.
• Consult with clients on the implications of new accounting pronouncements.
• Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and communicate audit findings effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Statistics; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years of audit or public accounting experience required.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience is necessary.
• Active licensed US CPA or equivalent required.
• Strong expertise in GAAP and GAAS, as well as SEC and PCAOB regulations.

$120,000 – $205,000 annually
