What You'll Do
- Conduct remote evaluations, device fittings, and follow-up care for patients across your licensed state(s)
- Educate and guide patients on getting the most from their hearing technology
- Provide feedback on new hearing care tools and workflows that improve the patient experience
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless patient journeys
- Contribute clinical insights to hear.com's global network, the largest independent audiology network in the world
What You Bring
- An active AUD license in CA, MN, NY, PA or TX with 2+ years of fitting experience
- A patient-first approach: empathetic, communicative, and genuinely invested in outcomes
- Comfort working independently and managing your own schedule and caseload
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work across teams in a fast-paced environment
- A reliable home internet: hardwired connection required (100+ Mbps download / 20+ Mbps upload)
- A willingness to obtain licensure in additional states (all associated costs fully covered by hear.com)
What We Offer
- Compensation: Total target earnings of $100,000 to $120,000 (base salary + monthly performance bonus)
- Benefits: Full medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), paid parental leave, open (flexible) PTO policy, continuing education and certification costs fully covered, all equipment provided: laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, ethernet cable, and more
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm in your time zone
