Remote Assistant Mortgage Banker - Entry Level

Responsibilities

• Aid the Senior Vice President in managing customer relationships, internal operations, realtors, and title companies.
• Manage the Senior Vice President's loan pipeline, coordinating with Processing, Underwriting, and Closing teams to ensure timely loan closures.
• Enter loans into the Encompass loan origination system and review loan packages for completeness.
• Create mortgage applications and disclosures for borrower signings.
• Participate in Bank's customer service training and apply effective communication skills.
• Provide exceptional service to borrowers, builders, and realtors, exceeding their expectations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to calculate income, including self-employed earnings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Strong professional communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Creativity and proactive thinking abilities.
• Superior time management and organizational skills.

$38,000 - $45,000 + bonus
