About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Remote Advanced Practice Provider, Evenings & Weekends to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This remote advanced practice role focuses on delivering timely, virtual clinical care during evenings and weekends for patients with acute and non-acute needs. You will work closely with patients, primary care providers, and interdisciplinary stakeholders to support care continuity, patient satisfaction, and safe outcomes. The position also emphasizes data-informed improvement, strong communication, and a patient-centered approach that reflects the demands of healthcare delivery in a virtual setting.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Assess acute and non-acute clinical concerns through virtual consultations
- Develop patient care plans based on cultural and psychological factors
- Collect and analyze health data to support improved patient outcomes
- Collaborate with patients' primary care providers to promote care adherence
- Improve telehealth practices through data review and patient feedback
- Build effective communication and relationships with patients and providers
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical meetings
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing required
- Board certification by AANP or ANCC required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire
- Compact multistate nursing license required
- Minimum of 3 years of acute or primary care experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Minimum of 2 years of telehealth experience preferred
- Multistate APRN licensure in various states required

Pay
$111,140 – $158,771 annually
