About the role

Join a leading team in radiology at Bay Imaging Consultants Medical Group, Inc., a premier 115+ member radiologist-run private practice based in the San Francisco Bay area. Serving 12 hospitals and over 40 outpatient centers across several health systems in the North Bay, East Bay, and South Bay, we are the largest private practice in California.

Responsibilities

• Diverse workload: Enjoy a mix of diverse and engaging ER work, in addition to day-time subspecialty work as desired.
• Regular Daytime Work: 9:30 AM to 7 PM
• Flexible Scheduling: 7 days on / 7 days off OR 7 days on / 14 days off. Additional shifts available as desired.
• Subspecialty Work: Supplement your ER work with dedicated day or time-flexible subspecialty work to maintain your subspecialty expertise.
• Annual Shift Target: Estimated between 122 and 182 shifts per year.

Requirements

• Board-certified and board-eligible radiologists are encouraged to apply.
• Flexible Scheduling: Our radiologists consistently name flexible scheduling as one of the best parts of working at BIC.
• Limited travel required.

Qualifications

• Experience in ER and subspecialty radiology is preferred.
• Knowledge of advanced imaging techniques and equipment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Skills

• Proficiency in interpreting diagnostic images.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.

Pay

Salary Range: 7 days on / 7 days off starts at $520k+ per year. 7 days on / 14 days off starts at $330k+ per year.

Location

• Hawaii: Home workstation for the island of Oahu, Honolulu, Hawaii satellite office.
• West Coast: Option to work entirely from home office or at several Bay Area locations on a part-time or full-time basis.
