As a Remodeling Craftsman, you will work independently with office staff handling paperwork, allowing you to focus on the work in a family‑oriented atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, drywall, plumbing and electrical repairs in homes and commercial properties.
• Complete small to medium maintenance/repairs and mid‑size home remodeling projects.
• Deliver a consistent and remarkably better customer experience when working in their home.
• Communicate with customers about scope of work, cost estimates, and manage expectations.
• Leave customers thrilled with your work and open doors to future work.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of construction experience (required).
• Fluent English (required).
• Must own and maintain day‑to‑day tools of the trade.
• Strong multi‑skill background in carpentry, drywall, electrical, plumbing, and tile work.

Pay

Hourly rate: $50.00 – $60.00 per hour.

Supplemental pay: bonus pay and tips.

Schedule

Day shift, Monday to Friday.
