TASKS
- Remodel to include tasks such as demolishing and removing existing cabinetry, countertops, and fixtures
- Update plumbing, electrical, and framing as needed
- Install new cabinets, countertops, appliances, and finishes
- Complete painting, backsplash, and trim details
- Jobsite cleanup with emphasis on customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Jurisdictionally appropriate Contractor's License or Trade License;
- General Liability Insurance;
- Worker's Comp Insurance;
- 3 Supervisor references and/or client references
- Pictures and/or 5 star Google reviews of prior projects
