Remodeling Helper

Mad City Windows & Baths, a reputable remodeling company backed by Renuity, is expanding rapidly throughout the Midwest and East Coast and is hiring immediate remodeling helpers. The role involves showing up to work each day, completing quality work, answering homeowners’ questions about the install, and connecting the homeowner with the office to receive final payment.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City’s standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for each application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with the homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience.
• Some window‑installation experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Great communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to meet quality‑of‑work standards.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
