Requirements

• Jurisdictionally appropriate Contractor's License or Trade License
• General Liability Insurance
• Worker's Comp Insurance

Responsibilities

• Prep work areas for renovation
• Structural work including modifying framing, walls, floors, or roofs as needed
• Installations including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, and windows or doors
• Finish work including drywall, flooring, cabinetry, interior or exterior painting, trim, or siding
• Jobsite cleanup with emphasis on customer satisfaction
