Pay
Hourly wage: $14 - $27 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation includes:
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives.
- Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

About the role
Remodel associates assist facilities through the remodel process, including:
- Working with the fixture warehouse.
- Dismantling and setting up new fixtures and displays.
- Cleaning remodeled areas.
- Assisting customers while maintaining a safe shopping environment.
