Remodel Merchandiser

About the role

This Reset Merchandiser job will be part of a team remodeling the insides of big box retailers. The ideal candidate should have experience in merchandising resets or remodels, installation, construction, or general labor.

Responsibilities

• Build, assemble, and install shelving and fixtures in big box retail stores.
• Work with Plan-O-Grams to tag and place products according to store management approval.
• Update signage, shelf conditions, and schematics.
• Engage in considerable physical activity, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Must be self-sufficient and highly motivated.
• Knows their way around a tool bag and has the drive to produce high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to stand for a minimum of 8 hours per shift.
• Experience with planogramming is preferred.
• Must be able to follow directions regarding tagging, rotating, and placing products on shelves.
• Must have the ability to use basic tools necessary for the job.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a personal cell phone with a valid email address.
• Must wear steel-toed footwear on the job site.

Qualifications

• Ability to work overnights from 10 PM to 7 AM, Sunday through Thursday.
• Must live within 45 miles of Albert Lea, MN.
