Remodel Merchandiser

SPAR is growing our overnight reset and remodel merchandising team! This role is part of a team remodeling the interiors of big-box retailers, focusing on overnight projects that involve building, assembling, and installing shelving and fixtures.

About the role

The ideal merchandiser is self-sufficient, highly motivated, familiar with tools, and driven to produce high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. If you have a background in merchandising resets, remodels, installation, construction, or general labor, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities

• Work overnights remodeling big-box retail stores
• Build and assemble retail store shelving fixtures
• Work with Plan-O-Grams on all items tagged and approved by store management
• Update signage, shelf conditions, and schematics
• Engage in considerable physical activity, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs

Requirements

• Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours per shift
• Must be able to take direction regarding tagging, rotating, and placing products on shelves
• Planogram experience (preferred)
• Ability and willingness to work overnight shifts (10 PM – 7 AM, Sunday – Thursday)
• Knowledge and ability to use basic tools necessary for the job
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, personal cell phone, and valid email address
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Steel-toed footwear is required on the job site
• Must live within 45 miles of Boonville, MO

Pay

$18 per hour

Schedule

10 PM – 7 AM, Sunday – Thursday
