Remodel Merchandiser

SPAR is growing our overnight reset and remodel merchandising team! This role is part of a team remodeling the interiors of big-box retailers, focusing on overnight projects that involve building, assembling, and installing shelving and fixtures.

About the role

The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, highly motivated, familiar with tools, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you have a background in merchandising resets, remodels, installation, construction, or general labor, this could be a great fit.

Projects include category resets and fixture installation, with ongoing, long-term work available.

Responsibilities

• Work overnights remodeling big-box retail stores
• Build and assemble retail store shelving fixtures
• Follow Plan-O-Grams for tagging, rotating, and placing products on shelves
• Update signage, shelf conditions, and schematics
• Engage in considerable physical activity, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs

Requirements

• Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours per shift
• Ability to take direction regarding product placement and tagging
• Planogram experience (preferred)
• Willingness and ability to work overnight shifts (10 PM – 7 AM, Sunday – Thursday)
• Knowledge of and ability to use basic tools required for the job
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, personal cell phone, and valid email address
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Steel-toed footwear required on job sites

Pay

$18 per hour

Schedule

10 PM – 7 AM, Sunday – Thursday
