About the role

Prepare and paint components for mining and construction equipment. Assist technicians with repairs.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and prepare earth-moving equipment components for painting to ensure high quality and cost effectiveness.
  • Mask and paint equipment components using pressurized spray-painting equipment in a professional manner, in a minimum amount of time, to maintain cost effectiveness.
  • Prepare Company Shipping Reports and complete necessary steps to ensure rebuild components arrive correctly at their specified destinations.
  • Assure that Cleaning Area personnel are addressing workload, and assist as necessary to confirm that quality and quantity objectives are being achieved.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Associate Degree in Diesel Technology or equivalent preferred.
  • 1+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
