What You'll Be Doing
You will be building the next set of AI Features at Pylon, rapidly iterating based on customer feedback. You will improve the quality and performance of AI features.
Who We Are Looking For
- You dislike meetings and would much rather focus your time on building, being productive, and shipping code
- You have strong engineering fundamentals, code efficiently, and you know what you're great at and what you're less great at
- You thrive when you have autonomy, own as many of the details as possible, and project manage your own work
- You are in SF or willing to relocate, you love working in-person, and you are serious about joining us to build a culture we'll all love

Location and Culture
This is an on-site role based in San Francisco, California. Relocation is required, and we're happy to discuss timing and support during the process. Our team is currently 100 and growing! Compensation Range: $180K - $300K
