Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with completing their hygiene
- Development of independence, responsibility and self-worth
- Preparing and implementing program goals, individuals’ service plans, treatment plans, etc.
- Developing positive relationships with individuals, families, guardians and service providers
- Aiding clients in obtaining appropriate healthcare services
- Promoting healthy lifestyle choices
Requirements
- Fully fluent in American Sign Language
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- High School diploma

Benefits

Available in Day, Evening and/or Overnight shifts

About the Role
We are seeking a Community Training Specialist (CTS) in relief role who will support individuals served in their own home by promoting independence, while empowering and enhancing their quality of life.
