Responsibilities
- Triage patient needs
- Answer inquiries and provide guidance
- Cook up and coordinate care to ensure first-call resolution
- Be the initial contact for patients, assessing urgency, gathering information, and documenting in the EPIC EMR system
- Collaborate with a team of nurses and scheduling agents
- Focus on resolving patient concerns efficiently and empathetically
Qualifications
- An Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing
- Active WA/OR RN license (dual licensure within 120 days)
- Prior outpatient experience is preferred
- Bilingual skills in Spanish are advantageous
