Responsibilities

• Run multiple lines within the department
• Fill in for Crew Chief/Shift Leader when needed
• Set up, operate, and perform maintenance on production equipment
• Train others on internal processes and procedures
• Maintain records, reports, and other documentation
• Remain safety-focused at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in the operation of manufacturing equipment
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position:
  • Continuous standing
  • Frequent walking
  • Frequent pushing and pulling
  • Frequent upper extremity use
• Ability to maintain good attendance
• Commitment to keep yourself and others safe
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and quickly adapt to changes
