About the role

EVCC is a leading provider of veterinary website solutions, dedicated to enhancing the online presence of veterinary practices. We offer a range of services including website design, development, and ongoing maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom websites tailored to each veterinary practice's needs.
• Maintain and update existing websites to ensure they are up-to-date and functioning properly.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and provide recommendations for improving their online visibility.
• Ensure all websites comply with web accessibility standards.
• Provide ongoing support and training to veterinary staff on using the website effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in web development and/or website management.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
• Experience with content management systems such as WordPress or Joomla.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in web accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Experience with database management and SQL.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design principles.
