Relief Counselor - Forest Street

About the role

Join our Relief Team as a Relief Counselor and gain experience while playing a crucial role in supporting individuals facing mental health challenges. You’ll help them live independently and beyond their perceived limitations by providing direct support care, ensuring daily living needs are met, and maintaining a safe yet inspiring atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing individualized, person-centered support plans.
• Assist individuals in accessing community resources and/or provide transportation as needed.
• Implement activities that promote skill development, community engagement, personal growth, and meaningful relationships.
• Review and complete all required documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.

Pay

$17.50 per hour
