Relief Cook - Full Time (Tropicana Atlantic City)

About the role

Prepares portions and garnishes hot and cold foods. May perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills kitchen sanitation standards and health code regulations.
• Provides Family Style Service at all times.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma is preferred; education in culinary arts is preferred.
• At least two years of experience as a cook in a full-service restaurant are required.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act & attendant regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies and procedures.
