Responsibilities
- Deliver effective technical support to all aspects of plant operations.
- Lead the engineering & planning team to improve safety, quality, production, and cost reduction related to rolling & spooling of household foil.
- Develop and implement PM, PdM, CMMS, and FMEA programs to enhance equipment reliability and business continuity.
- Use CMMS data to understand equipment failure probabilities and increase equipment uptime.
- Apply lean manufacturing principles and tools to execute daily operations and develop improvement strategies.
- Provide technical problem-solving skills and direction to drive continuous improvement and solve chronic process and equipment problems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 5+ years of relevant technical experience.
- Demonstrated motivation and leadership skills for all organizational levels.
- Ability to self-manage and produce successful programs with minimal supervision.
- Strong team player capable of driving small and large groups towards common goals.
- Effective multitasker with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of dissecting complex challenges, providing leadership, and developing feasible solutions.
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in computer programs such as CMMS, MS Office, MS Project, CAD, and Minitab.
Icing on the Cake
- Master’s degree.
- Experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment.
- Leverage of Lean/Six Sigma certification.
- Experience in metal rolling, forging, or casting.

Pay
USD $98,400.00 - USD $139,000.00 /A
Bonus eligibility: Role is eligible for 10% annual incentive provided the business meets financial goals and the individual meets their performance goals, subject to plan administration guidelines.
