Reliability Engineering Manager
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the reliability engineering team to ensure the reliability and optimal performance of products
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to team members
- Develop and implement comprehensive reliability engineering strategies, plans, and processes to enhance product reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align reliability goals with overall business objectives
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve reliability issues throughout the product lifecycle
- Analyze product failure data, identifying root causes and trends to implement corrective actions and improve product reliability
- Conduct reliability testing and analysis to validate and verify product performance under various conditions
- Utilize testing data to drive improvements in product design and functionality
- Provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to the reliability engineering team and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to product reliability
- Manage and optimize the reliability engineering budget and resources to ensure efficient and effective operations
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in reliability engineering in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of reliability engineering principles, tools, and techniques
- Experience with reliability testing and analysis methods
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Passion for continuous learning and professional development
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Pay
The annual base salary range for this position is $134,000 - $168,000.
