Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate stand-alone root cause analysis on all assigned technologies
- Create Cause Maps for specified technologies
- Analyze appropriate data to monitor fleet performance
- Create single technology business key performance indicators as required
- Facilitate Incident and Corrective Action Review Board meetings
- Provide deviation waiver request (DWR) support across specified technologies
- Provide instruction and knowledge transfer to the Reliability community
- Act as a subject matter expert to Operation and Supply chain customers for specified technologies
- Create and present reliability performance to Internal and external customers
- Act as a mentor to junior reliability engineers
- Conduct all business activities in accordance to Baker Hughes Health, Safety and Environmental policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university or college is required
- Minimum of 3 additional years of experience of filed experience - preferred
- Broad technical knowledge
- Good analytical skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Facilitation and presentation skills
- Ability to work and communicate well with others
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English

Pay
The pay range for this role is $75,000 - $100,000 annually.
Schedule
This role is typically full-time with a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00am-5:00pm.
