The role of Release Train Engineer is crucial in managing the development lifecycle of software products. This includes coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring that releases are on schedule, and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage the release planning process for multiple product areas
• Coordinate with development, testing, and operations teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment

Requirements

• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Git
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
