Release Train Engineer
About the role
Origence is a fintech company specializing in SaaS lending solutions for Credit Unions in the United States. We are currently in the implementation phase of our SAFe transformation journey and are seeking an experienced SAFe® Release Train Engineer (RTE) to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Coach, mentor, and train teams and stakeholders on agile practices, ceremonies, principles, and mindsets.
- Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) events and processes, including PI Planning, System Demos, and 'Inspect and Adapt' workshops.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and impediments to ensure goal achievement.
- Optimize the flow of value through the ART.
- Communicate program information, progress, and key health metrics to stakeholders.
- Develop and monitor metrics for the ART and individual teams.
- Collaborate with LACE, Solution/Product Management, STE, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders to align strategy and execution.
- Facilitate workshops and trainings to provide training/education to teams.
- Assist in tracking the execution of capabilities and features.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in agile principles and practices, with a deep understanding of SAFe methodology.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in a software development environment.
- At least 2+ years of experience in an Agile environment.
- Practical experience of servant-leadership in agile teams.
- Ability to mentor and train team members on agile practices.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and facilitation software.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Azure DevOps; working knowledge of program/project management software is a strong advantage.
- Experience working with B2B and B2C software technology, financial services, and the lending or automotive industries.
- Experience in facilitating program events like PI planning.

Pay
$110,000 - $150,000 per year. This base pay will take into consideration internal equity, candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge and experience among other factors.
Schedule
This position is eligible for an annual bonus to provide an incentive to achieve targeted goals. Bonuses are awarded at company's discretion on an individual basis.
