Release Manager (TS/SCI Clearance Required with agreement to obtain CI Poly)

Responsibilities

• Drive the delivery of innovative software solutions supporting national security missions.
• Develop and execute integrated release plans across multiple Agile teams.
• Cookordination release readiness across planning, integration, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Manage schedules, dependencies, and risks.
• Facilitate release planning and Go/No-Go decision reviews.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
• Coach teams on Agile principles, remove impediments, and partner with Product Managers to maintain healthy backlogs.
• Cooordinating cross-team dependencies and supporting Program Increment (PI) Planning.
• Supporting DoD or Intelligence Community programs.

Requirements

• Release management across multiple Agile teams, including integration, testing, and deployment coordination.
• Serving as Scrum Master facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
• Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies.
• DevSecOps and CI/CD environments.
• Jira and Confluence, or similar Agile lifecycle management tools.
• Cooordinating cross-team dependencies and supporting Program Increment (PI) Planning.
• Supporting mission systems within the Intelligence Community.
• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Release Train Engineer (RTE), or SAFe Agilist certification.
• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or PMP certification.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
• US citizenship (required per contract).
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Advanced CSM (A-CSM), or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
