Details Charlestown/Maryland/WallsendCasual Relay Team Member – Planogram Implementation About The Role Strikeforce is seeking Relay Team Members to implement new planograms across the grocery sector. You will work independently or as part of a team, depending on project requirements, and demonstrate flexibility to meet allocated timeframes. All planogram work is completed during standard trading hours — no weekends or night work. What Is a Planogram? A planogram is a visual guide outlining how products are positioned on retail shelves to ensure consistency, compliance, and optimal sales performance. Key Responsibilities Read and accurately follow planogram (POG) guidesImplement new in-store planogram layoutsAdjust shelving and merchandise stock as requiredIdentify and escalate any in-store issuesEnsure ticketing compliance and adherence to Relay standardsAlways follow safe work practicesComplete accurate reporting via company app Skills & Requirements Current driver’s licence and reliable, roadworthy vehiclePhysically fit (lifting, moving stock, prolonged standing)Strong attention to detail and time management skillsOwn smart device for reportingFlexible availability to support coverage and additional workPositive, reliable, and proactive attitude About Strikeforce Strikeforce is a progressive Australian company with 100 years’ experience delivering shopper marketing solutions across supermarkets, hardware, and mass merchants nationwide.
