About the role

The Senior Relativity SME with Security Clearance is responsible for providing expert support and training on Relativity software solutions. This position requires a strong background in legal technology and a current security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and training to users on Relativity software solutions.
• Conduct user training sessions and workshops.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Relativity with existing systems.
• Document procedures and best practices for using Relativity.
• Stay updated with new features and releases of Relativity.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• A current Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
• Experience with Relativity and familiarity with legal technology.
