You’ll learn the ins and outs of financial services, with the ability to advance as you gain new experiences. Our "work from where you do your best work" strategy provides flexibility, though this role is in-person at our retail stores.

Responsibilities

• Process cash transactions.
• Open deposit, savings, and credit card accounts.
• Discuss loan and retirement products with members.
• Build meaningful relationships with members to discover their needs and provide superior customer service.
• Participate in Saturday coverage rotation with flexible availability required.
• Occasionally travel between various Grow locations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Aptitude and desire for sales achievement and strong interpersonal skills in a team environment.
• Basic math skills.
• Excellent verbal communication (bilingual English/Spanish is a plus).
• Working knowledge of Windows-based PC products.

Physical Demands

• Ability to type repetitive keystrokes.
